When your award is posted, you can then approach the schools individually for approval to distribute this information. Please note that if an award is not on the Awards page, HWDSB schools will not distribute the information.

A Message from the Director of Education

As we enter the final three months of the school year, we arrive at an important moment for reflection and renewed focus. This time invites us to pause and check in on the goals we set at the beginning of the year, the supports we continue to provide, and the impact we are striving to have on student achievement across our system.

As we enter April, I want to offer an opportunity to reflect ahead of Mental Health Week, which takes place from May 4 to 10. This period encourages us to pause and consider the importance of mental health and well-being across our schools and communities.
